Cardano (ADA) Founder Hoskinson Makes First Statement After XRP's Victory!

Cardano (ADA) founder Charles Hoskinson also spoke after the Ripple-SEC case judge Analisa Torres announced today that the XRP token is not a security according to the Howey test.

The relationship between XRP supporters and Cardano founder Hoskinson has been pretty bad lately.

Hoskinson said in a statement on Twitter:

“Well done XRP. One small step for the XRP Community, a giant leap for cryptocurrencies!”

The Cardano founder also shared a document with the details of the decision with his followers.

Hoskinson thus extended an olive branch to the victorious Ripple community.

After the decision, there was a jump of approximately 30% in the price of XRP, while an upward trend began in all other altcoins.

The Cardano (ADA) token gained close to 10% within an hour of the decision. ADA is trading at $0.31 at the time of this writing.

In 2022, Hoskinson criticized the XRP community for being toxic and unimportant, adding that he had “never encountered a community so eager to brutally attack a person who didn't attack them.” At that time, the founder of Cardano said that he would no longer discuss issues related to Ripple.
