US President Donald Trump will speak at the Digital Asset Summit (DAS) tomorrow. It will be the first time a US President has spoken at a crypto-focused conference.
The announcement follows a speech earlier this week by Bo Hines, Executive Director of the White House’s Council of Advisors on Digital Assets, who hinted at plans to bolster the administration’s recently announced strategic BTC reserve.
The summit will feature influential speakers including lawmakers Rep. Ro Khanna and Rep. Tom Emmer, as well as top industry executives. Strategy CEO Michael Saylor and Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse will also be featured. During the event, Garlinghouse made a major announcement that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has dropped its appeal against Ripple, marking a major legal victory for the company.
