According to breaking information, Delaware reported the fake BlackRock XRP Spot ETF application to the US Department of Justice, which caused an artificial increase in the price of XRP.
There is a high probability that the person who makes a false report will be prosecuted/arrested by the judiciary.
The filing, which was still visible on the Delaware Secretary of State's Division of Corporations website as of 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, was largely identical to BlackRock's legal paperwork from last week regarding its iShares Ethereum Trust product.
A spokesperson for the Delaware Department of State said Tuesday that the matter has been referred to the state's Department of Justice.
“Our only comment is that this matter has been referred to the Delaware Department of Justice,” the spokesperson said.
