The news stated that US Attorney General Merrick Garland will hold a press conference at 23:00 CET to announce cryptocurrency enforcement actions.
In addition, in today's statement, it was stated that the DOJ will also make a statement regarding the settlement regarding the Binance case.
Two people familiar with the matter said the announcement would also include a deal with Binance.
One of the sources said that the CFTC will also be part of the agreement and that CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam will also be present during the announcement.
