Following the rsETH crisis stemming from KelpDAO, a significant development has occurred on the legal front. According to a statement by Aave, Aave LLC has filed an urgent application to overturn a preliminary injunction served on Arbitrum DAO on May 1, 2026.
The court order reportedly aimed to seize approximately $71 million worth of ETH belonging to victims of the April 18 hack. Aave LLC argued that this attempt was legally invalid and requested the court to overturn the order.
