Cardano (ADA) founder Charles Hoskinson has reignited the debate between Cardano and Ethereum by making a bold claim.

These claims of Hoskinson came after Ethereum's 9th anniversary celebrations.

Charles Hoskinson, one of the key founders of the Ethereum chain, claimed that Ethereum has received the ADA roadmap.

Arguing that Ethereum has benefited extensively from Cardano's development roadmap, Hoskinson argued that this situation further fuels the competition between ETH-ADA.

This claim started with the sharing of a picture showing the names of those who attended the Ethereum 9th anniversary celebration. A user named “Picolas Cage” shared that Hoskinson was not in the picture and said, “Oh look, there is no Charles Hoskinson.” said.

Responding to this post, Hoskinson stated that he left Ethereum in June 2014 and said:

“I left in June 2014. The world now has Cardano and Ethereum is borrowing our roadmap. It worked for everyone.”

Following Hoskinson's comment, the discussion turned to comparing the performance of Cardano and Ethereum over time.

User named Picolas Cage claimed that Ethereum performed better than Cardano and shared the ADA/ETH chart to support his claim. However, members of the Cardano community disputed this claim.

One X user even pointed out that members of the Ethereum ecosystem were trying to fight Hoskinson just for interaction.

As the debate between Etheruem and Cardano continues, both protocols are still competing for dominance today.
