CCIP Paves the Way for Secure Cross-chain Development on BNB Chain
This development opens up opportunities for developers in multi-chain environments to securely extend their projects to BNB Chain and other CCIP-connected blockchains.
Powered by the same rigorously tested infrastructure as Chainlink Data Feeds, CCIP heralds a new era of simple and secure cross-chain development.
Specifically, Chainlink CCIP leverages Chainlink decentralized oracle networks known to protect tens of billions of dollars and facilitate over $8 trillion in on-chain transaction value.
CCIP also introduces additional security measures, including customizable rate limits on token transfers and a different Risk Management Network responsible for monitoring the validity of all cross-chain transactions.
