There was Bitcoin movement in the wallets of the US government, which came to the fore with its Bitcoin (BTC) sales in 2024.

According to Arkham data, the US government wallet recently transferred 667,624 Bitcoin (worth $74.65 million) in two parts to another unknown address, and there has been no further movement since.

According to Onchain Lense, the US government is transferring $74.8 million worth of BTC seized in the HashFlare case.

Accordingly, a wallet believed to belong to the US government moved 667.62 BTC, worth approximately $74.8 million, to an external address for the first time in three years.

The funds were reportedly seized in connection with the HashFlare cryptocurrency scam case, in which the government seized approximately $575 million in total.

It is estimated that these addresses are most likely controlled by the US Government and are merely an internal transfer.

According to Arkham data, the US government still holds 197,354,000 Bitcoins, worth $21.95 billion. Besides Bitcoin, the US government also holds various altcoins such as Ethereum (ETH), WBTC, BNB, Tron (TRX), and Chainlink (LINK).
