Binance, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, announced in a statement that it fully supports Horizen's (ZEN) upcoming network upgrade.
Binance Announces Horizen (ZEN) Network Upgrade Support
The upgrade is scheduled to take place on December 6, 2023, at 13:00, at a block height of 1,466,716.
To facilitate a smooth transition during the upgrade process, Binance will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals of ZEN tokens on the Horizen network. The suspension began at 12:00 on December 6, 2023.
However, it is important to note that ZEN token trading on the platform will not be affected and users can continue trading seamlessly during this period.
Binance assures its users that all technical requirements regarding the network upgrade will be met by the exchange. This way, users can trust that Binance will handle the complexity of the upgrade process and provide a safe and reliable trading environment.
Although deposits and withdrawals for ZEN tokens on the Horizen network will be temporarily suspended, Binance has committed to reopening these services immediately once the upgraded network is deemed stable.
Binance will not make any additional announcements regarding the reopening.
