Binance, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced its decision to support upcoming network upgrades and Hard Forks for REI Network (REI) and MobileCoin (MOB).
Binance Announces Supporting REI and MobileCoin Network Upgrades and Hard Fork
The REI Network upgrade and Hard Fork is scheduled to occur at an REI Network block height of 15,084,585, projected to start around 05:00 on 11-09-2023.
During this time, both deposits and withdrawals for REI will be temporarily suspended from approximately 11-09-2023 04:00.
The MobileCoin network upgrade is set to be implemented at a MobileCoin block height of 1,936,306, expected to start around 21:00 on 26-09-2023.
Accordingly, deposits and withdrawals for MOB will be put on hold as of approximately 26-09-2023 20:00.
It is important to pay attention to the following issues:
REI and MOB trading will not be affected during network upgrades and Hard Forks.
Block heights specified for REI and MOB network upgrades are provided for users' reference and are subject to change.
Binance will manage all necessary technical requirements for users who hold REI and MOB in their Binance accounts.
REI Network (REI) and MobileCoin (MOB) network upgrades and hard forks will not result in the creation of new tokens.
Once the stability of the upgraded networks is ensured, Binance will resume deposits and withdrawals for REI and MOB without the need for additional notification to users.
