Binance has announced support for the Kaia (KLAY) network upgrade and hard fork scheduled for August 29, 2024.

In preparation for the upgrade, Binance will suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the Kaia network starting at approximately 03:30 on the same day.
The network upgrade and hard fork will occur at block height 162,900,480, which is expected to be reached around 04:30 UTC on August 29.
While deposits and withdrawals are temporarily suspended, token trading on the Kaia network will continue uninterrupted during this time.
Binance assured users that it will manage all technical aspects of the upgrade and ensure a smooth transition.
Once the network upgrade is complete and the system is stable, deposits and withdrawals will be reinstated. Binance noted that there will be no further announcements regarding the resumption of these services.
