Binance, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced its commitment to support the upcoming Sei (SEI) and Ronin (RON) network upgrades.
Binance Prepares to Support Sei (SEI) and Ronin (RON) Network Upgrades and Hard Forks
Sei (SEI) Network Upgrade:
Scheduled Time: The Sei (SEI) network upgrade is planned to occur at block height 34,078,260, approximately around 2023-10-23 19:00.
Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals: Starting approximately 2023-10-23 15:00, deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the Sei network will be temporarily suspended.
Ronin (RON) Network Upgrade and Hard Fork:
Scheduled Time: Ronin (RON) network upgrade and hard fork will occur around block height 28,825,400, expected around 2023-10-26 10:00.
Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals: Effective approximately 2023-10-26 09:00, deposits and withdrawals of tokens on the Ronin network will be suspended momentarily.
More importantly, trading activities involving tokens on both the Sei and Ronin networks will be completely unaffected by these upgrades.
Upon confirmation of network stability, deposits and withdrawals for tokens on these upgraded networks will be immediately restored.
No further announcement will be made regarding this matter. Binance assures its users of a smooth transition during these upgrades.
