Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, announced the “Binance Inscriptions Marketplace” platform in its announcement today.
Accordingly, Binance said that it will support BRC-20 tokens, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) tokens and other Inscription tokens with its new marketplace “Binance Inscriptions Marketplace”.
Binance announced that users will be able to carry out their transactions on the Inscriptions marketplace through Binance Web3 Wallet.
In its statement, Binance said that tokens in the new marketplace app are hosted in a self-storing crypto wallet, allowing users to trade BRC-20 tokens, EVM tokens, and other Inscriptions tokens.
“Our new platform not only supports trading in Inscriptions, but also facilitates the minting of BRC-20 and EVM tokens, thus reducing transaction costs.
“With major milestones such as the recent BRC-20 token ORDI reaching a market cap of $1 billion and more than 200 million inscriptions across various blockchains, we believe our entry into this space is timely rather than delayed, and it is a ripe moment for Binance users to explore.”
As you may remember, the leading cryptocurrency exchange OKX recently announced that it would support Inscription networks such as BRC-20 and took an important step in this field.
