Bitcoin Continues to Soar: Hits Almost $32,000 – What’s the Latest Data?

Bitcoin, the world's largest cryptocurrency, continues its rally for about the last week.

In its last attack, the BTC price rose to $ 31,820 and reached the $ 32,000 limit. The price of the coin last reached these levels on July 13, at $ 31,827, and it was not possible to reach the same level later.

BTC has gained approximately 11% in value in the last week.

With the rise, there was a liquidation of $178 million in the cryptocurrency market in the last 24 hours. 131 million dollars of these liquidations were in short positions and 47 million dollars were in long positions.

On the altcoin front, the largest liquidations took place in Ethereum with 31 million dollars, Chainlink with 9.43 million dollars, Solana with 8.39 million dollars, and Tellor with 6.18 million dollars.

Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies, the first altcoin to show the highest increase was Mina, followed by THORChain in second place and Injective in third place. The losing altcoins of the day were Toncoin, KuCoin Token and Tether Gold, a stablecoin indexed to gold.
