Bitcoin Bull Michael Saylor’s Company Strategy Has Made Another Bitcoin Purchase! Here’s the Latest Purchase Amount

Strategy continues to expand its portfolio by pursuing its Bitcoin accumulation strategy. According to the 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a total of 1,229 Bitcoins were purchased between December 22–28, 2025. The average price per Bitcoin purchased was $88,568.

The acquisition was financed through funds raised under Strategy’s ongoing ATM (At-The-Market) share sale program, through which the company raised approximately $108.8 million. Management used a significant portion of the proceeds to purchase Bitcoin, reinforcing its long-term digital asset strategy.

With this latest purchase, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings have reached 672,497. The company’s total Bitcoin investments to date are estimated to have cost approximately $50.44 billion, with an average cost per Bitcoin of $74.997. These figures position Strategy as one of the world’s largest institutional Bitcoin holders.

Company management has previously stated that they view Bitcoin as a long-term store of value and a hedge against inflation. In line with this approach, Strategy continues to purchase Bitcoin at regular intervals despite market fluctuations.

Analysts note that Strategy’s aggressive Bitcoin accumulation policy is being closely watched in terms of both the company’s stock price and the cryptocurrency market. In particular, movements in the Bitcoin price are expected to continue to directly impact Strategy’s balance sheet and investor sentiment.
