Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, started the day with the altcoin announcement. At this point, Binance announced that it will support the network upgrade in the altcoin named Kadena (KDA).
“Starting approximately 06.03.2024 23:00 (UTC), Binance will suspend token deposits and withdrawals on the Kadena network to ensure the best user experience and support the Kadena (KDA) network upgrade.
The network upgrade will take place at approximately 07.03.2024 00:00 (UTC).
Trading of tokens on the Kadena network will not be affected.
Deposits and withdrawals will be reopened once the upgraded network is deemed stable. “No further announcements will be made.”
Following Binance's announcement, KDA price increased by around 5%.
