As it is known, the SEC filed a lawsuit against Bitcoin exchange Binance and its CEO CZ yesterday.
In the face of this lawsuit, Binance and CZ received support statements from Tron (TRX) founder Justin Sun, while another support came from the crypto money community.
As the SEC lawsuit remains hot on the agenda, Binance CEO launched a poll on Twitter asking the crypto community who is better at protecting investors.
In this survey, CZ posed the question, "Who can protect you the most? The SEC? Binance?"
With about 18 hours left until the end of the poll, over 200,000 votes were cast. Users overwhelmingly gave the Binance answer in the survey.
The voting rate for Binance remained above 85%, while the support rate for the SEC was only 14%.
While the crypto community's support for Binance in the survey showed users' trust in Binance, the SEC continues to come under criticism for its approach to regulation by enforcement.
