Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, made an announcement regarding the Solana (SOL) network.
At this point, Binance said that it decided to gradually stop withdrawals due to the increase in transaction volume on the Solana network.
Stating that transactions on the Solana network will remain closed for 3 more days, Binance included the following statements in the announcement:
“Dear Binance members,
Withdrawals on the Solana (SOL) network have been suspended intermittently since 04.03.2024 due to increased transaction volume on the network.
Binance has identified some areas for optimization and is working to provide a stable and long-term solution.
The estimated implementation date of the solution is 09.03.2024 18:00 (UTC).
We apologize for any inconvenience.”
