Bankrupt 3AC CEO Suspends Hayes Demanding $6 Million!

Su Zhu, co-founder of the bankrupt Three Arrows Capital, has filed a restraining order against BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes through a Singapore court, Coindesk reported.

The May 5 suspension order prohibits Arthur Hayes from "using threatening, harassing or derogatory remarks" and "making any threatening, harassing or derogatory communication" against Zhu Su.

Zhu Su had asked the Singapore court to ban Arthur Hayes from "using threatening, harassing or derogatory remarks" and "taking any action".

On the basis of this suspension decision, Arthur Hayes asked Su Zhu and Kyle Davies to pay $ 6 million in debts after the collapse of Three Arrows Capital in a Twitter post.

Hayes also criticized the way Zhu Su and Kyle Davies were raising funds for the OPNX platform they founded.

Hayes also said he had heard that Zhu and Davies had raised large sums of money from a government wealth fund in Bahrain, saying "be careful, I want my money".

Investigations after 3AC filed for bankruptcy found that 3AC owed more than $1 billion to individual individuals.
