At this point, the latest news came from Russia.

According to the statement made by Telegram, an international arrest warrant was issued for Dmitry Gubin, the former investigator of the Russian Capital District Court, for allegedly accepting a bribe of 2,718 BTC ($74,457,707).

The Moscow court accuses Dmitry Gubin of violating Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and receiving a bribe of 2,718 BTC.

Gubin is also charged with violating his official powers.

While Gubin was facing these serious charges, the court issued an internationally valid arrest warrant, citing suspicions that Gubin had fled the country.

Apart from Dmitry Gubin, the former head of the investigation department of the Tverskoy Regional Committee, Marat Tambiev, is also accused of the same crimes.

Investigators who submitted a report to the court added that they believed that the people in question had established a criminal organization that accepted bribes.
