The Hyper Foundation has announced the Token Generation Event (TGE) for Hyperliquid, marking a major milestone for its blockchain ecosystem.
Established to fuel the growth of the Hyperliquid blockchain, the Hyper Foundation aims to create a comprehensive financial system powered by decentralization. At the heart of this ecosystem is Hyperliquid’s decentralized exchange with deep and robust on-chain liquidity across a wide range of assets.
With the launch of HyperEVM, all applications built on Hyperliquid will gain access to this comprehensive liquidity pool and a variety of local financial instruments.
The next stage in Hyperliquid’s evolution will be the launch of its native token, HYPE, which is critical to the HyperBFT proof-of-stake consensus mechanism, HyperEVM, and other future developments outlined in the project roadmap.
As part of the Token Generation Event, eligible users can choose to receive HYPE tokens and a commemorative Hypurr NFT celebrating HyperEVM’s upcoming mainnet launch. Interested participants must review and accept the Genesis Event Terms available on the Hyper Foundation’s official website by 03:00 on November 12, 2024 to qualify.
