At this point, the mem token project named Complex (SIMPLE) in the Base network announced that it had decided to close.
Complex developers made a difficult decision and decided to close the project, stating that the liquidity of the locked SIMPLE tokens will remain locked until the unlock date and users will be able to sell their tokens until then.
After this decision to close, SIMPLE price experienced a huge collapse and lost more than 95%.
SIMPLE users turned to leading blockchain researcher ZachXBT for help following the developers' decision to shut down. However, ZachXBT turned down the request for help.
