Neo (NEO), known as China's Ethereum, and Web3Labs announced the projects that will participate in the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program.
In a joint statement, the parties announced the projects that will participate in the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program and stated that a total of 8 projects were selected.
“Neo announced the participation of eight projects in Web3.0 in collaboration with Web3Labs, the Hong Kong-based one-stop gateway for Web3 startups.
These innovative Web3 projects will each receive $20,000 in seed funding, with potential follow-on investments of up to $100,000, as well as comprehensive support to encourage their growth.
The eight projects (listed at the end of the article) span multiple areas, including DeFi, AI, games, and more, and each represents innovation and technological advancement in their respective fields.”
Announcing the projects, Neo Ecosystem Growth President John Wang said, “We extend a warm welcome to all eight outstanding Web3 projects participating in the Web3.0 Global Accelerator Program. It was stated that the selected projects were TrendX, EVMs, PlayEstates Blade of God X (BOG X), N2FT, OwlSync, Zest and CHIPCHIP.
What is the Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program?
The Web3.0 Global Acceleration Program was jointly launched by Neo and Web3Labs last year.
Launched in Hong Kong in October 2023, the US$10 million Web3.0 Global Accelerator Program aims to support promising projects in the city's Web3 industry, showcasing Hong Kong's firm commitment to becoming the global hub of Web3 innovation.
