On July 13, the court ruled in part in favor of Ripple, rejecting some of the SEC's claims that XRP should be classified as a security.
This result led mainstream exchanges to relist XRP, and in response, the price of the cryptocurrency rose by an impressive 70%.
The partial victory over the US Securities Exchange Commission marks an important milestone for Ripple and has undoubtedly brought renewed interest and optimism in the XRP market.
