Onchain data showed transfers from cryptocurrency wallets known to be in the possession of the US government.
Accordingly, the US government deposited three altcoins, Uniswap (UNI), Cronos (CRO), and Chainlink (LINK), which were seized, into Coinbase.
According to onchain analyst Onchain Lens, a US government-controlled wallet deposited 2,466 UNI (worth $8,410), 152,925 CRO (worth $10,689), and 1,589 LINK (worth $15,703) into Coinbase Prime approximately six hours ago.
The assets were seized from Brian Krewson, who was serving a prison sentence for aiding money laundering related to drug offenses.
According to data provided by Arkham Intelligence, the US government wallet contains cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, WBTC, ZEC, BNB, and DAI.
