Wisconsin State Investment Board purchased $99 million ISHARES Bitcoin ETF.
In the notification made within the scope of 13F applications, the board of directors of the US state of Wisconsin announced that it purchased the Blackrock Bitcoin ETF.
He reported in his filing with the Wisconsin State Board of Investment that he owned 2,450,400 iShares ETF shares worth $99,167,688 and 1,013,000 Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) shares worth approximately $63,687,310 as of the end of March.
The State of Wisconsin statement also stated that its portfolio includes shares of popular cryptocurrency companies such as Coinbase, Marathon Digital, Riot Platforms, Block, Cipher Mining, Cleanspark and MicroStrategy.
After this news, BTC rose above $ 62,000.
