Uniswap Foundation made a new announcement from its X account. In this announcement, Uniswap Foundation Leader Erin Koen proposed a new upgrade plan that would reward UNI holders who stake their tokens.
“This upgrade will reward UNI holders who stake and transfer their tokens,” Uniswap Foundation said in its post.
Voting will begin on March 8 and will allow protocol fees to be distributed proportionately to UNI token holders who stake and transfer voting rights.

“New Governance Proposal Has Been Published.

Following this announcement, Unisawp's native token, UNI, rose by more than 60%.
