A Giant Fake Scam Event Has Been Held In China For This Altcoin: Binance CEO Is Also Confused…

The holding of a conference in China that seems to represent UniSwap (UNI) but has nothing to do with this altcoin is keeping the agenda busy in the cryptocurrency community.

In the videos circulating on Twitter, a cryptocurrency event is observed in China, and this event is attended by the so-called UniSwap CEO and other senior executives. However, it can be noticed that the participants are paid actors and not affiliated with UniSwap.

In addition, it is noteworthy that the people who spoke at the conference and claimed to be UniSwap (UNI) managers do not have any knowledge about crypto money technologies and give false information about the tokenomics of the altcoin. Another detail is that the English speaking of the so-called UniSwap executives, who allegedly came from Germany, includes a heavy Russian accent.

Allegedly, such conferences may be funded by some whale wallets to increase the value of the altcoin in question. However, it seems unlikely that such a conference will be held, given the cryptocurrency ban in China.

Hayden Adams, the actual CEO of UniSwap, also described it as a fraud attempt in his message on Twitter, and was also surprised that so much effort was put into this fraud attempt.

Adams said of the circulating video:

“The video is crazy. I have no idea who these people are.

They are certainly not related to UniSwap.

I'm assuming it's some kind of scam."

In addition, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao also said, “This is crazy. "Beware of scammers," he said.
