Binance Futures, the futures trading platform of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, announced that it will delist three USDⓈ-M perpetual futures contracts. As a result of this decision, open positions in the PROMPTUSDT, PUMPBTCUSDT, and 1000000BOBUSDT contracts will be automatically closed.

According to an announcement by Binance, the transactions will take place on October 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Binance Futures will close all open positions in the relevant contracts at the specified time and perform an automated settlement process. Following the completion of the settlement, the three perpetual futures contracts in question will be removed from the platform.

The exchange stated that it periodically reviews futures contracts based on various criteria. These reviews consider trading volume and liquidity, the stability and security of the network against attacks, and new regulatory requirements.

Binance also cited changes in token supply, token economics, the project’s ownership structure, team members’ commitment to the project, and development activities as evaluation criteria.

In addition, the projects’ responses to periodic due diligence requests from Binance are also included in the review. Evidence of unethical or fraudulent conduct or negligence is also among the factors considered when deciding whether a futures contract should be delisted.

Binance did not specify in its announcement the particular criteria for removing the PROMPTUSDT, PUMPBTCUSDT, and 1000000BOBUSDT contracts. The exchange also reminded users that some of the mentioned products and services may not be available in certain regions.
