Cryptocurrency exchange Binance TR announced in its latest official announcement that the Chip (CHIP) token has been listed in the Turkish Lira (TRY) trading pair.
The CHIP token became available for trading on Binance TR on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
So what are the details of this project and what purposes is it used for? According to official developer statements, the CHIP token stands out as an AI-themed altcoin. This protocol allows GPU operators to tokenize their hardware as collateral and access instant funding.
CHIP, an arbitrage-based altcoin, also functions as the protocol’s governance token. CHIP holders can use their tokens to vote on decisions within the decentralized protocol. These decisions include voting on things like setting protocol fees and determining which hardware can be accepted as collateral.
The system operates in three layers: a deposit layer where capital is transferred, a loan layer where loans are created and managed, and a governance layer where protocol parameters are determined by CHIP token holders.
