Bitcoin (BTC) reached a new all-time high in 2025, but also experienced sharp declines.
At this point, the price of Bitcoin has fallen by approximately 30% from its all-time high, eroding investor confidence.
However, Strategy CEO Phong Lee signaled a buy, stating that the market and Bitcoin fundamentals are still very high and strong.
Appearing on the podcast ‘Coin Story’, the CEO of Strategy stated that he was not worried about the decline and advised investors to focus on long-term value rather than short-term fluctuations.
“The fundamental dynamics of the Bitcoin market couldn’t be better this year. That’s why I’m not worried about the recent price drop.”
Short-term price movements remain an unpredictable area. Focus on the long term, not the short term.”
Le also added that the US government and banking sector fully support Bitcoin and are therefore extremely optimistic about the 2026 market.
Le stated that both he and Strategy founder Michael Saylor have been in contact with traditional banks in the US and UAE, seeking to understand how financial institutions in those countries could integrate Bitcoin into their operations.
“The US government is supporting Bitcoin more broadly than ever before. Traditional financial institutions in the US and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are consulting with us as they assess how they will lag behind in adopting Bitcoin.”
