Yi Lihua's subsidiary, Trend Research, has transferred 145,000 ETH (approximately $654 million) worth of Ethereum (ETH) to centralized exchanges (CEX) over the past three days, according to on-chain data.
The company's on-chain address currently holds only 7,163 ETH. According to calculations, Trend Research has made a profit of approximately $303 million from this round of trading.
The reported transaction history is as follows:
- During the April–June period, 182,000 ETH was collected when the ETH price averaged around $2,250.
- In July, 74,000 ETH was sold to take profit after the price rose above $3,000.
- In September, 43,000 ETH was repurchased at around $4,422.
- In October, the position was largely closed by transferring 145,000 ETH to Binance at an average price of $4,489.
Following this development, the price of Ethereum increased by 0.71% in the last 24 hours to $4,536.50. ETH's market capitalization was recorded at $547.57 billion.
However, the Bitcoin price broke a new all-time high price record today.
