Ethereum Spot ETF S-1 is expected to be approved by July 2, according to Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas.
Balchunas made the following announcement in his statement:
“We're moving our deadline for the launch of the Spot Ether ETF to July 2nd, we heard SEC staff sent out comments to issuers today on S-1s and it's pretty basic stuff, nothing major, they want it back in a week. Good chance to announce they go into effect next week and get this done during the holiday week. Anything is possible, but this is our best guess right now.
Our previous cap was July 4th so this isn't a huge change but 1) we were starting to feel like it was going to last longer so that's a bit of good news and b) we're basically half way there in our prediction of what's going to happen and July 2nd is right now that date.”
