Ripple (XRP) CFO Kristina Campbell Left the Company
According to Campbell's LinkedIn profile, his tenure at Ripple has ended and as of this month he has taken on the CFO role at Maven Clinic, a leading digital healthcare provider.
The successful executive, a Harvard graduate, had an extensive background in financial services before joining Ripple in April 2021.
A Ripple spokesperson expressed satisfaction with the leadership Kristina has demonstrated throughout her tenure, recognizing her significant contributions to the company amid significant global momentum, business expansion and challenges posed by regulatory dynamics.
They also highlighted Ripple's solid financial position and its commitment to achieving continued success in vital markets around the world.
Ripple has been involved in a legal battle with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the regulator has taken legal action against the company. The case is scheduled to be heard next year.
The cryptocurrency market has experienced high volatility, which is largely attributed to a long bear market, leading to a workforce reduction among various industry players.
Despite this, Ripple is actively entering international markets outside the United States, primarily in the Asia Pacific region.
