These sealed documents are expected to be disclosed at today's hearing.
Taking a harsh stance against Binance.US in the case, the SEC accused Binance US and BAM, the company responsible for Binance.US, for not cooperating during the investigation process.
While this hearing is of great importance for cryptocurrencies and the industry, any interim decision from the court interpreted against Binance may increase volatility in the market.
As you may remember, the SEC filed a lawsuit against Binance and its US arm Binance US at the beginning of June.
