Hyperliquid (HYPE) has entered the top 10 cryptocurrencies with its recent surge. As HYPE’s popularity continues, a positive report on the platform has come from an analytics firm.
In February, Citrini Research, which caused panic in the AI stock market, evaluated the cryptocurrency exchange Hyperliquid and its token HYPE as a new and attractive investment idea.
According to Coindesk, Citrini Research described HyperLiquid as a noteworthy digital asset project in its latest report.
Citrini stated in the report that HyperLiquid currently generates approximately $1.06 billion in annual commission revenue.
The report also stated that HyperLiquid currently leads the market by holding the vast majority of trading volume in the on-chain perpetual futures market.
Furthermore, it was noted that the US CFTC opened the regulatory door for crypto perpetual futures last month, and while exchanges like Kraken and Coinbase are racing to launch related products, Hyperliquid stands out in the crypto industry with its revenue-generating capabilities.
Citrini analysts also added that they believe the investment logic of HYPE is increasingly becoming tied to the actual performance of the stock market.
At this point, analysts suggest that whether HyperLiquid can maintain its leading position in the on-chain derivatives market will be a key variable in HYPE’s valuation.
HYPE, ranked ninth among the largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, continues to trade at $62.3, up 1.5% in the last 24 hours.
